Head to Head - Premiership Head to Head
LAST corresponding Fixture : Liverpool 3 Fulham 1

Squads : Xabi Alonso is missing for this one after referee Steve
Bennett refused to change his mind on the sending off at the
weekend. John Arne Riise is still missing through injury as well.

Liverpool : Reina, Finnan, Carragher, Hyypia, Warnock, Traore,
Agger, Luis Garcia, Gerrard, Hamann, Kewell, Kromkamp, Fowler,
Crouch, Morientes, Cisse, Dudek

Fulham : Warner, Volz, Knight, Goma, Bridge, Radzinski, Malbranque,
Boa Morte, McBride, Helguson, Crossley, Rosenior, Bocanegra, Elrich,
John, N Jensen, Pembridge.

Team Stats : Fulham have never won at Anfield and arrive having been
defeated at the weekend across the park at Everton 3-1. This loss
kept up a very poor Fulham record on Merseyside. In league football
they have never beaten either the Reds or the Blues.

In the previous four encounters between the sides at Anfield in the
Premiership the Reds have won two and drawn two conceding just one
goal in the process.

If Fulham were to win they would complete their first ever league
double over the Reds.

In the Premiership the Reds have kept three clean sheets from the
four game at Anfield. However the Reds have failed to score on two
of those occassion as well. In all league games at Anfield there is
only one more game when they failed to score at least once - back in
1958-59.

Player Stats : Harry Kewell will hope to play his 75th league game
for the Reds in this one.

Luis Boa Morte is the leading scorer on three in this fixture of the
players still at either club.

Three players have been sent off in premiership games between the
two sides but never at Anfield. Alain Goma, Luis Boa Morte and
Josemi have all walked in the away fixture.

Tony Warner will hope to keep goal for Fulham. It is the first time
he will keep goal for a first team at Anfield despite having played
for Liverpool for years in the mid to late nineties. Warner in fact
sat on the bench throughout 90 Premiership games without once being
used. This is a Liverpool record.

Referee : Alan Wiley

Betting : Liverpool 3/10, Fulham 15/2, Draw : 16/5

Liverweb Prediction : Liverpool 2 Fulham 0
