LYON CHAIRMAN CONFIRMS BAROS INTEREST

Olympique Lyonnais chairman Jean-Michel Aulas has reportedly confirmed
his club's interest in Liverpool striker Milan Baros.

Baros was a key member of the Reds' Champions League winning squad and
is currently away on international duty with the Czech Republic.

Lyon, who have recently appointed former Anfield chief Gerard Houllier
as their new coach, are the reigning champions of France and, according
to Aulas, they are keen on adding the 23-year old to their ranks.

"Even if we want to remain as discreet as possible, I confirm Baros is
on our list," he says. "Sport director Bernard Lacombe and Gerard
Houllier will oversee the next Czech Republic match."
