[Liverweb] Latest News + Tickets news

The Reds made it through to the next round of the FA Youth cup last
night after a 2-1 victory over Ipswich at Anfield. I'll post a full
report later once I've written it and photo's will go on the site as
well.

Neil Mellor has joined Wigan on loan until the end of the season.
Mellor still hopes to return to Anfield though after the spell.
He's hoping to bag a load of goals and prove his worth to the Reds.
The loan at least will give him full first team action rather than
the slower reserves football at the Reds.
