[lfc-news] Igor moves to Greece - Official Site

Official LFC Website, 15 July 2005
IGOR MOVES TO GREECE
By Steve Hunter

Former Liverpool midfielder Igor Biscan has moved to Greece and signed a
three-year contract with Panathinaikos.
Spartak Moscow were also interested in Biscan but the player chose the
Greek side who will be playing in the Champions League for the 2005/06
season.

Biscan was an unused substitute in the Champions League win over AC
Milan and was released by Liverpool after his contract expired at the
end of the 2004/05 season.

Something of a cult figure at Anfield last season Biscan in all made 118
appearances for Liverpool scoring three goals.

Liverpoolfc.tv would like to wish Igor all the very best at his new club.
