REDS DRAW BURNLEY IN FA CUP 3RD ROUND

Liverpool have been drawn away to face Burnley at Turf Moor in the FA Cup
3rd Round in January 2005.
Steve Cotterill is the Burnley manager and the Clarets are currently 11th
in the Championship.

The most famous meeting between the two sides was in the 1914 final which
Burnley won 1-0 and they also beat Liverpool in the 1947 FA Cup semi-final.

Liverpool last met Burnley in the FA Cup in 1995 when the Reds beat them in
an Anfield replay after a draw at Turf Moor.

The tie will take place on the weekend of 8th/9th January 2005.
